Central Florida painting #Orlando

I finished this 5 piece painting today.  Each piece was done on a 16×20″ stretched canvas.  What are we looking at here?  It’s Central Florida!  My home sweet home.  To the west we have Cinderella’s castle off in the distance with a road that leads to the city of Orlando.  The road continues passing by a home.  This home is the Central Florida Children’s home and the reason I painted the piece as this will be given to them this week.  Looking east you can see NASA’s Vehicle Assembly Building with a rocket in flight.  You can’t paint a pan of Florida without including a breezy beach!

Several people asked for a print version, so I’ve made one available over at Fine Art America.  They are not individual prints.  It’s one print with all the images on one sheet just like the image shown above.  It’s available from a small 16″ wide to a huge 84″ wide with many in-between sizes.  Below are some up close shots of the actual paintings.

Tea Time

New Painting!  House has found an elephant friend and they’ve decided to have a spot of tea. Little birds are perched above holding little stringed sparkle stars in their beaks. The original painting will head to an art show in Taipei in the spring of 2015. Limited edition prints are available over in my etsy shop though!  Enjoy – Cindy

There’s No Place Like Home

“There’s No Place Like Home”. One of my curious homes has found it’s way to Oz. This piece features a tin house returning home to his place in the woods. As you can see, he holds his heart very close and misses Dorothy (awww). This piece is part of my “Love Stories” series and the original is slotted for a show in Taipei this May.
!! Limited editions are currently available on #etsy if interested here.

“Off To Neverland”

Update:  Sold!
Several have requested that I do another boat painting, so here you go!.  This little clipper ship has made an appearance in several paintings.  Sometimes it has been at sea, other times the ship has been flying in the sky.  This time it’s a little of both.  Peter Pan’s song “You Can Fly” says this in one of the verses “Take the path that moonbeams fly…”  That’s what this ship is doing I suppose….sailing on colorful moonbeams 🙂  This canvas painting ships mounted on 1.5″ wooden stretcher bars with edges painted black.
