Art for Charity – Helping Orphans

I was asked by a collector in the Netherlands if I could paint or draw some angels.  They were going to be gifts for the holiday, so they needed 5 different ones.  I had no idea what I was going to do, pretty much everything has been landscapes for the past couple of years.  I decided to play with ink, and came up with these lovely ladies 🙂  I liked them so much that I decided to put all five on to a limited edition print and create a charity listing for this holiday season.

So, right now on eBay you can snag one if you like!  It is a limited edition of 50, each signed and numbered, and they are $20 each.  100% of the proceeds will go to benefit Heart of the Bride Ministries “Now” Campaign, an organization which helps orphans in countries of great need. Print #’s will be given out in the order they are purchased, oh! and I am shipping them for FREE to anywhere in the USA.

You can also help by passing this info along or by sharing the eBay link with your friends.  We would love to be able to sell all 50 prints!

LOST design contest winner here :)

Woo Hoo!  I entered the Cafepress Lost t-shirt design contest AND WON!  I’ve been an ultra fan (the kind that listens to backwards whispers, thinks everything is an anagram, and is a regular at since they crash landed.  There were 5 winners, one for each category.  I entered the “love square” category.  I contemplated doing something more like my art paintings, but in the end decided an old school doodle sketch (the kind that could be found on top of all my high school folders) would be better.  Click to check out all the winners 🙂
