Hello fellow artists and good blog readers of the world. I came across this new platform called GIVE from Sticker Mule and thought I’d make a quick post about it. So this is gonna be a “The More You Know” PSA type of post. New art coming soon (I promise)
So, I’ve purchased several times from Sticker Mule in the past and I have personally loved every package I have received from them. Most items I’ve had made I use for gift giveaways. It’s all about the little “joys” in life right? So I came across this new platform of theirs called Give. And it basically is a way for creators to run a promotional giveaway, without all the hassle that goes with marketing (spreadsheets, winner picking, shipping, etc)
So just for fun, below are a couple of pics of magnets and charms I’ve had made through them. I’m sharing these for print quality sake. The items you can run giveaways through Give are: shirts, hoodies, sticker packs, die-cut stickers, and yard signs.
I’ve personally only ordered stickers, magnets, charms, and pins through them. They look and feel nice, capture all the details, and the colors pop. (just showing off some of my art here)
So GIVE works like this:
1) Select a product you want made over at the Give page at Sticker Mule.
Quick heads up for fellow artists: Right now, you can only run a giveaway using items you’ve already ordered from them before. If you have never ordered from them before, simply create and order a proof so you can make sure it looks good. And again, the Give tool currently only supports specific items like their t-shirts, hoodies, and stickers. (Hopefully, they add magnets and charms to the platform soon.)
2) Pick your give away type: Raffle or Everyone Wins (like a set number first come first serve)
3) Set the details: winner count, entry limit, timing
4) Checkout – just like placing an order, you prepay the cost based on the giveaway.
5) Share the link: wherever and whatever social media platform you use – share so people can enter.
6) Sticker Mule does the rest. When the promotional giveaway ends, they select winners and ship out the products out to them. Zero hassle on your end.
